Ever wonder how paddlers make their strokes look so effortless? How do paddlers know when to use a brace to prevent a capsize? On May 3rd it was the demo day at Brandy Creek where approximately 100 people came to try kayaks from Headwaters Adventure Company. From the Hobie and Jackson Fishing fleet to Eddyline touring and sea kayaks and Jackson whitewater kayaks. Michael Blaser was there putting people on the stand up paddle boards. Shasta Paddlers volunteered at the event and did everything from signing people in to provide safety for paddlers out on the water.
