Headwaters Adventure Company requires payment in full in order to reserve a kayak or make a reservation for a tour, an excursion, expedition or training class.  You may register on-line with a credit card.  Payment for last minute participation may be paid at the pre-arranged time of meeting for the event or activity.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 Please read and understand this cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.

 

Terri and Joe are concerned in the quality of the program, however this is an outdoor adventure, Terri and Joe will run the program rain or shine.  We are small adventure company where rentals and space in our program is limited; therefore, to accommodate all participants, the following cancellation & refund policy will be strictly enforced.

 

 

To receive a refund you must reschedule or cancel 7 or more days before the start of a trip or training class. No refund will be given when cancelling 6 or fewer days before the start of a trip or class. You may reschedule up to 2 days before the start of a trip or class, there are no refunds if you cancel your rescheduled class or trip at any time. With less than 2 days notice of cancellation or rescheduling there are no refunds or credits issued.

 

Full credit or refund will be made if Headwaters Adventure Company  is forced to cancel a rental, class or trip for any reason. In such cases, our liability extends to the cost of the class or trip only, not travel and accommodations. All rentals, classes and trips are subject to last-minute cancellation due to adverse weather and safety conditions
